Baby aspirin is prescribed by drs for ladies who have clotting disorders that have caused multiple m/c. If you don't need it, it can cause excessive bleeding IF you do miscarry. It doesn't help with conception per se..but can prevent m/c in women who need it.
You are suppose to take a baby aspirin every day throughout conception and through the first three months to INCREASE the chance of pregnancy and to REDUCE the risk of M/C. Aspirin is a blood thinner. Taking a regular strength pain reliver aspirin will probably cause problems becuase it is mroe than is needed and is overkill. I am on aspirin therapy for a medical condition I have PG or not. I know a lot about aspirin therapy, the small dose of the 81 mg aspirin will help you build your endometrium and make it more stable for implantation. Also the continuance of taking baby aspirin (81mg) throught out your cycle and in the first months of PG is that it keeps the blood supply and the endometruim more stable, along with helping the placenta develop since it is made of blood. It is an good thing if you take the small dose, not the 325 mg amount, and you have to take it everyday consistently. Try this with a B complex vitamin, and an extra B-6 (50mg) boost. This will help steady your sycles and help your LP stablize and lengthen it a little to help encourage implantation.
As always, check with a medical professional first before starting anything like this.
