Europski sud za ljudska prava- potpis peticije
Prošli tjedan primili smo niže navedeni dopis od talijanske organizacije Amica Cicogna u kojoj nas obaviještavaju o presudi Europskog suda za ljudska prava u slučaju para koji je zbog nasljedne bolesti trebao PGD a Italija im to nije omogućila (http://www.jutarnji.hr/template/arti...jsp?id=1050950). Kako bi ubuduće svi pacijenti imali pravo na izbor u bilo kojem području MPO-a molimo vas da potpišete peticiju (link se nalazi na dnu dopisa).

European Court of Human Rights has convicted Italy because the law on assisted reproduction violates Art. 8 of ECHR's Convention.
The proceeding has developed from a fertile couple bearer of cystic fibrosis that cannot access to ART in order to have preimplatation embryo diagnosis because the Law 40/04 allows the access only to infertile couples.
We, together with Luca Coscioni Association, Amica Cicogna Association, Cerco un bimbo Association and 60 parliamentarians have attended the action against the law 40, supporting the couple.
That is a great achievement that impose to Italian State to fit the law to the standards of ECHR Convention.
In 8 years, intervening in the courts, we have been able to change the national law and now we are proceeding on the prohibition of heterologous and use of embryos not suitable for pregnancy for research.
We are writing to share this success with you and in order to seek your support to the first European initiative for a free and responsible individual choice in the field of assisted reproduction.
We are asking you to sign and to ask your association members to sign the petition we are sending to European Parliament.
