Potrudila sam se i pronasla nesto vezano za to pa mozda pomogne i drugim mamama koje ne zele da cjepe dete . Ako neko ima nesto sto bi se moglo dodati ili oduzeti bila bih zahvalna za savet .........:heart:
*IZJAVA O ODBIJANJU CIJEPLJENJA NOVOROĐENOG DJETETA - za PORODILIŠTE
Kojom mi, Ime Prezime (OI i Ime Prezime (OIB), kao odgovorni roditelji, u interesu zaštite zdravlja svog djeteta, odbijamo cijepljenja našeg novorođenog djeteta.
Na to imamo pravo prema zakonu o zdravstvenoj zaštiti (NN 150/08, članak 22., točka 6.), te isto tako prema zakonu o zaštiti prava pacijenata (NN 169/04, članci 6., 16. i 17.). Također podsjećamo da je samovoljno liječenje kazneno djelo prema kaznenom zakonu (NN 110/97, članak 241., točke 1. i 2.).
Razlozi odbijanja postupka cijepljenja su rizici od nuspojava te rizici od razvijanja autoimunih bolesti kao posljedica cijepljenja. Ti rizici su znatno veći od rizika zaraze bolešću protiv koje se cijepi, a samo cjepivo isto tako nije garancija zaštite protiv istih. Valja napomenuti kako se radi o rijetkim i izlječivim bolestima, za koje je rizik od zaraze za dijete zanemariv.
Nadalje, smatramo da obveza prijave nuspojava pri cijepljenju, propisana od strane HZJZ, čini time naše dijete predmetom znanstvenog istraživanja djelovanja cjepiva. Štoviše, naša zabrinutost je tim veća, jer se radi o genetski modificiranim (rekombinantnim) vrstama cjepiva, za koje ne postoje nikakva dugoročna istraživanja učinkovitosti i sigurnosti.
Postupak cijepljenja odbijamo slobodnom voljom, utemeljenoj na potpunoj obaviještenosti o dotičnom medicinskom postupku, isključivo u interesu zaštite zdravlja i dobrobiti našeg djeteta.
