Ja živim u Zadru i mi nemamo figurellu. Što sad?
Drustvo, pridruzujem se! Veceras 15min vozila sobni bicikl i 5min steper. Nije nesto, ali nisam izdrzala vise. Treba da skinem 15kg. Pocinjem.
Ma svaka cast svim figurellama svijeta.. za zdravu prehranu vjerojatno gotovo svi znamo principe, a da treba vjezbati, treba.. ne znam sto to figurela nudi posebno?
Odmah se ograđujem od bilo kakvog reklamiranja bilo koga ili bilo čega...
Sve stoji, zdrava prehrana i vježbanje... Uopće nije sporno, ali šro je s onima koji su malo slabijeg karaktera kad je hrana u pitanju? (Prvenstveno govorim u svoje ime :oops: )
Meni je samo bila potrebna stalna kontrola i to je sve
Ma i ja spadam u tu kategoriju! Ali onda shvatis da nije valjda da trebas nekome placati da te kontrolira, razmislis koliko mozes ustedjeti ako si to radis sam i mozda upali i to! :)
Ja se ubacujem čisto da pitam dali je neka koristila tonalin i kakvi su rezultati???
E da.. samo htjedoh reci da sam sinoc gledala slike s poroda i kronoloski na dalje i zamjetih da sam dosta cm-a izgubila u usporedbi od prije mjesec dana!
Naravno da sam daleko od ok izgleda, ali ipak to polako ide! :D
Evo, cisto za mame koje su nedavno rodile.. mozda ne treba dizati toliku paniku odmah.....
I ženske kakvi su rezultati sa kilama??????
Ja sam uspjela 12 kg sa odvajanjem namirnica,ali zadnjih 15ak dana vaga stoji ali i javaram (sladoled,pohancija,lazannje-mali komad :( )
Moram još barem 30 kg (imam preko 100 tak da ne vrtite okama :roll: )

gubim cm ali vaga raste...bar trbuh nestaje, ali zato guzu i bedra ne prepoznajem. iako mm veli da sam mu vise sexy nakon poroda, mislim da je zbog apstinencije prolupao. sad vise ne zelim skinuti 10, vec 12!
i one price o vodi i o mojoj gradji i metabolizmu..pih!
moj menu: dorucak cokolino ili mussle oko 9, rucak konkretan oko 5 i vecera salata oko 10. u pauzi malo cokolade i voce. ne da jedem minimalno vec mozda i nedovoljno. nemoguce da od 2 reda cokolade dobijam kile.
zapravo trebam ubrzat metabolizam. prije sam imala odlican- mogla sam pojest sta god i koliko god sam htjela, a vaga bi stajala. cak sam cijeli zivot pokusavala doci do 50kg i nista. sad opet pokusavam, ali iz pticje perspektive :lol:
mislim da je prevelika pauza od doručka do ručka,pa organizam štedi ono što pojedeš tj.skladišti kad pojedeš u 5 ili u 10!!!
Ručaj oko 2,večeraj u 7 i između voće ili jogurt.
problem je sto rucam kad mm dodje s posla. nezato da bi zajedno jeli vec sto tada netko moze pricuvati L.
probat cu. u bolnici sam imala ritam- dorucak u 7, rucak u 12 i vecera u pola 6 i u 10 bi jela salatu. mislila sam da cu nakon 3,5mj zadrzati taj ritam, ali nista..

Koliko sam do sad smrsavila?
Pa evo... jucer sam srela prijatelje koje nisam vidjela jedno 4 godine... gledaju me, zmirkaju, provjeravaju i onda onako nesigurno: "Anita, jesi to ti? Pa cek', ne bi te ni skuzili. A jesi se udebljala! Jesi jos uvijek vegetarijanka?"
Kad ovo cujete nekoliko puta tjedno, alarm pisti! :cry:

I MM ima dnevno jedno 8 obroka. Ali većina tih obroka je količinski mala i ima malo kalorija. On puno puta pojede jogurt i jabuku ili muslije s obranim mlijekom. Poslije ručka ne jede ugljikohidrate.
Znači da u tih osam obroka moraš rasporediti količinu hrane koju inače pojedeš u tri normalna obroka. On se sad već privikao na takvu prehranu pa je stalno gladan (što mene izluđuje), ali ne može puno pojesti odjednom.
Evo kako sam ja to radila. Jednom rukom držiš djete, drugom trpaš hranu u tanjur. Staviš tanjur na stol i sjedneš. Staviš djete u krilo i uvališ siku. Dok djete doji, imaš 15-30 min i jednu slobodnu ruku za ručak. Poslije otreseš mrvice od kruha bebici s kose i odjeće i gotovo. I mama i bebica site i zadovoljne. Još da sam imala maramu za nosanje, gdje bi mi bio kraj.Citiraj:

E hebiga onda cure koliko jedete. Gledala sam neki dan emisiju i majka koja doji dnevno gubi oko 2000 kalorija dojenjem. Ja 2000 kalorija nemogu izgubit da se na glavu u gymu nasadim.Citiraj:

Ma nemoguće. Onda bi sve dojilje, samo za održavanje kilaže, svaki dan trebale unositi 4000 kcal, što je previše čak i meni.Citiraj:

E, sad ja sam to gledala i 99,9 % bi rekla da je oko 2000 sigurno nije 200 jer to je premalo. Bas se potrudim naci negdje na netu.
Luna, znam da si ovisna o coli ali samo da to izbacis za mjesec dana bi sigurno 100% pala barem 5 kila. Zagarantirano. Zamjeni vodom i vidi. Nadam se samo da nepijes dijetnu colu :/ ta je smrt.
ok, nisam stigla nis skuhat, vani je pakleno, pa ne idem ni po kruh, MM radi do 6, a ja umirem od gladi. i sad zovem dostavu- pizza ili cevapi... :P

Nataša, mrzim dijetnu kolu. Inače, drastično sam smanjila količine, ima već mjesec i pol, ali ne vidim rezultate (osim što Kaleb koliko-toliko mirnije siše).

A što se znojenja tiče, znojenjem se gubi voda iz tijela. Ono što nama smeta su naslage masnoće, a ne vode u tijelu. Dakle, kako ja to vidim, od znojenja nema baš puno koristi(osim ako se znojiš na fitnesu). Ja sam danas kupila kutiju onih kaktus-dijeta tableta. Baš da vidim i to čudo. Vjerojatno samo bačeni novci.
I ja mislim da si bacila novce, ali ako SLUČAJNO bude rezultata, javi. Trenutno bi drek pojela da se riješim ovog odurnog sala.Citiraj:

It comes in little, blue packets to put in your tea or coffee, in large packets for sweetening berries and cereal, and in almost every type of diet or low calorie food and beverage. But what exactly is aspartame?
Aspartame is a chemical concoction made up of:
* 40% aspartic acid - an excitotoxin that excites or stimulates neural (brain) cells to death
* 50% phenylalanine - an amino acid normally found in the brain but dangerous to humans when concentrated at high levels
* 10% methanol - wood alcohol known to be a deadly poison
Leading physicians and scientists have appeared before the US Congress concerning disabilities, illnesses, allergies, and conditions caused by the long-term use of aspartame. In fact, a particular case study was presented to Congress by Dr. John Cook in which he chronicled the deterioration of a patient who had been consuming 6-8 diet soft drinks per day. The aspartame, particularly the phenylalanine, had caused migraines, weight gain, memory loss, and other health problems for that patient, as well as many others.
Phenylalanine is dangerous to anyone with phenylketonuria (PKU) but studies have shown that even people without PKU can succumb to the levels of phenylalanine in aspartame sweetened foods and beverages. Some of the health problems directly associated with high phenylalanine levels are:
* brain cancer
* brain tumors
* chronic fatigue syndrome
* damage to fetus or infants
* depression (aspartame prevents the proper function of some antidepressants)

I recently tried Fiber One cereal and loved the taste (although I thought it was a little too sweet). After a few days, I noticed the foggy thinking coming back. I looked at the label and what do you know... aspartame was in the cereal. I guess I should have checked the label before buying it. I now check all labels to make sure they don't contain aspartame. I just think of it as a poison and stay clear of it. I also discourage any use of it by friends or colleagues."

Moram jos ovo staviti jer sam se zaklela da mi djeca nikad vise u usta sugar free gum nece staviti. Nadam se da ce procitati i oni koji misle kao i ja da rade djeci uslugu.

I just read Henry Kliebenstein's article ("Steer clear of those
artificial sweeteners" Sierra Sun page B2 Feb. 17) on artificial
sweeteners and thank you for getting the word out.
Just Google aspartame and poison and you will have a lot to write
about. A year ago I thought I was going to die. I put everything in
my wife's name and I had been feeling sick for a few years. I was
getting allergies I never had before and highly sensitive to
formaldehyde, which is in plywood and I work around. I could smell it
across the street and had to stay away from it or have allergy symptoms.
Last November I was starting to have debilitating pains in my hands.
I thought I would have to stop working all together. I had poisoning
symptoms so I Googled formaldehyde to see how bad it was in the
products I work around and aspartame came up. I had been using
aspartame in my coffee and everything you would put sugar on for four
years and I was floored to find out it metabolizes into formaldehyde.
I also saw stories that paralleled mine. I stopped taking this drug
(aspartame) and all the symptoms went away - thank goodness.
But I still couldn't get away from it. I was chewing gum with it and
I found out we were giving chewable vitamins to our child that also
contained the poison. Do you know there are about 500 products that
have this in them?
So do some reading online and get the word out please.

Cura je zavšila prehrambeno-biotehn. fax i rekla mi da kad bi znala koliko je natren otrovan, da ga nikad ne bi koristila.NIKAD.priznajem, malo sam to olako shvatila :/

ja se u biti u trudnoci nisam puno udebljala(samo 12kg),al imam osjecaj da sam nakon poroda natukla jos vise kila(a stvarno pazim kako jedem,ne pijem nista gazirano samo cistu vodu i opet kile ne idu dole) jucer sam se sokirala kad sam vidjela koliko odjece ne mogu vise da obucem(ono sto sam nosila prije druge trudnoce),eto danas me vidjela jedna poznanica i rekla mi jao kako si se ti udebljala :oops:
cvrsto sam odlucila da uskoro krenem na fitnes ,kupila sam i neku knjigu koja kao savjetuje kako da se prehranjuje sa obzirom na krvnu krupu (nije to neka klasicna dijeta vec savjetnik tipa piletina je losa za vas jedite junetinu i tako),nije lose vrijedi probati ,pa ako ide,ide
kako smo mi žene jadne,. opšterecene vječno izgledom. a ja sam jedna od gorih jer nije prošlo ni tri tjedna od carskog a ja bih već navalila na trbušnjake...tužno je da se ni sekunde ne opuštam te ne uživam u mom suncu... :(

a sto se tice ovog drugog- ne smatram se opterecnom svojim izgledom,vec samo zelim da dodjem na istu kilazu koju sam imala prije drugog poroda,nema tu nikakve opterecenosti

ja se zelim vratiti na kilazu prije trudnoce, ne zbog drugih koji mi btw govore da bolje izgledam sa ovim viskom kila nego bez njega i da sam ljepsa sada nego prije), vec zbog sebe jer se ne osjecam ugodo u ovom tijelu. ko da nije moje vec posudjeno. prvenstveno sam troma a i zglobovi me rasturaju!
