    Čisti mljac, mljac, mljac!
    Hvala.
Nevjerovatno kako se smrznute banane pretvore u prefinu kremu. Idem dalje po vašim preporukama.

evo i mog favorita ovih dana:

    Chocolate-Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Pops

    Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
2 cups nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt, preferably Greek-style (see Note)
    3-5 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

    Vanilla-Orange Freezer Pops

    Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1-2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Yogurt bar

    Ingredients
    one cup of yogurt
    one cup mixed summer fruit
    one tablespoon honey

    Blueberry Cheesecake Popsicles

    makes twelve 4 oz. popsicles

    cheesecake section
    3 cups whole-milk yogurt
3 oz. cream cheese or Neufchatel
    3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
    1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    blueberry section
2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
    3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
In your blender or food processor, puree the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice.

To assemble the popsicles, spoon 3 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into Dixie cups and freeze for 30 minutes. Then spoon in 3 tablespoons of the blueberry mixture, insert wooden popsicle sticks, and freeze for another 30 minutes. Then add another 3 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, being careful not to disturb the popsicle stick, and freeze until the popsicles are cured, at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

    Chocolate Cheesecake Ice Pops

makes six to eight 8 oz. ice pops

    for the chocolate section
    1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup whole milk
    2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    pinch of salt
2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee or espresso
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, heat the cream and milk over medium-low heat. Whisk in the cocoa powder, salt, and coffee beans. When the cocoa powder has dissolved, and the mixture starts to steam, remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
Place the chopped chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl and pour the warm cream mixture over it. Allow the chocolate to melt for a few minutes, and then whisk until smooth.

    for the cheesecake section
    2 1/2 cups whole-milk yogurt
3 oz. cream cheese or Neufchatel
    3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
    1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dice up the cream cheese into small chunks, and whisk into the yogurt until smooth, though there will still be some larger bits of cream cheese. Add the graham crackers, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla, and stir.

Red, White and Blue Ice Pops

    makes six 4 oz. Popsicles

    1 3/4 cup blueberries
    1 cup strawberries, stems removed
    1 cup yogurt
    1/4 cup (or more) honey
Rinse the blueberries and strawberries, then thoroughly puree each fruit separately. Stir 2 tablespoons (or more) honey into the blueberries and 1 tablespoon (or more) into the strawberries. Spoon 1 cup of yogurt into a bowl, and add 1 tablespoon honey.

    Avocado-Lime Popsicles

    Ingredients:
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 medium ripe avocados
    pinch of salt
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
    Instructions:
Make a simple syrup by combining water and sugar in a saucepan and bringing it to a boil; boil until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Remove the flesh from the avocado, and puree it along with salt and simple syrup.
    Add lime juice and blend.
Pour the mixture into molds and freeze until solid (for from three to five hours).

    Greek Yogurt with Blackberry Popsicle

    Ingredients
    The peel from 1 lemon
    ½ cup water
    ½ cup sugar
1½ cups plain unsweetened Greek-style yogurt
    2 tablespoons honey
2 cups fresh blackberries (or whatever berry you love most)
    Instructions
Rinse and peel the lemon, then peel it using a vegetable peeler. You want as much of the yellow skin as possible, with as little of the white pulp as possible.
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring, until the mixture comes to a boil and the sugar has dissolved.
Add the lemon peel, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, then refrigerate until chilled.

In a medium-size bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey and the chilled syrup until evenly combined.
Pour about ¾ inch of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of your popsicle mold. Freeze until the mixture begins to set, about 40 minutes.
Divide the berries among the popsicle molds. If your berries are large, like mine were, you may have to halve them. Pour in the remaining yogurt mixture, dividing it evenly among the molds. Cover your mold with the lid, insert popsicle sticks until about ½ inch of stick is poking out, and freeze until solid. This should take 3-4 hours, though it's best to leave them overnight. If you try to remove the pops too early, you may pull out the stick without the pop, then your popsicle is ruined.
Run lukewarm water over your mold for about ten seconds to free the pop from the mold. Store in an airtight container in the freezer, separating each pop with parchment paper.

Popsicles with yogurt, strawberries and blueberries

    Ingredients
2 1/3 cups Greek yogurt, divided
    1/2 cup organic sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup organic blueberries
choice of sweetener to taste: stevia, agave, or thawed white grape juice concentrate
    Instructions
Puree 2/3 cups of the Greek yogurt and the strawberries in a mini-food processor with sliced strawberries. Sweeten to taste.
Place the strawberry yogurt in a pastry bag or a large Zip-loc bag, cut off a tiny corner and squeeze into the bottom of 6 (4-ounce) popsicle molds, being careful not to get any on the sides of the molds.
    Freeze for 20 minutes.
Puree 1 cup of Greek yogurt then sweeten to taste.
Place in a pastry bag or a large Zip-loc bag, cut off a tiny corner and squeeze on top of the strawberry layer, being careful not to get any on the sides of the molds.
    Freeze for 20 minutes.
Puree the remaining 2/3 cups of the Greek yogurt and the blueberries in a mini-food processor. Sweeten to taste.
Insert 1 popsicle stick into the center of each popsicle.
Place the blueberry yogurt in a pastry bag or a large Zip-loc bag, cut off a tiny corner and squeeze on top of the white layer being careful not to get any on the popsicle stick.
Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.

    Smrznute banane

    Sastojci:
    - svježe banane
    - sok od naranče (prirodni)
    - tamna čokolada (više od 50 posto kakaa)
    - usitnjeni orašasti plodovi, žitarice, čokoladne ili šarene mrvice...
    - drveni štapići za sladoled
    - prozirna folija

    Priprema:

    Healthy Fudgesicles/Chocolate Pudding

    Prep time: 5 mins
    Total time: 5 mins
    Serves: 4

A sneaky treat, no one will ever guess the secret ingredient in these ultra creamy, healthy pops!

    Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (I have used regular and light with no discernible difference)
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I love Dagoba)
    2 fresh, ripe avocados, smallish
¼ cup honey, or more to taste (coconut nectar or maple syrup would also work)
Dash of salt (this heightens the chocolate flavor)

    Instructions
Puree the whole mixture in your blender until creamy and smooth. Feel free to add more cocoa or sweetener to suit your tastes.
Fill your molds, freeze, or store in the fridge for a yummy pudding!!

    Creamy Coconut Milk Ice Cream
    Ingredients
1 can full fat coconut milk
    1/4 C honey
    4 pastured egg yolks
1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped

    Instructions
Heat the coconut milk and the vanilla bean in a medium sauce pan on medium heat, until steaming, but not quite boiling. Turn heat down to low
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks
Once the coconut milk is steaming, add one small ladle of it to the egg yolks, and stir to combine. Slowly add two more small ladles full. This will temper the egg yolks, so they won’t scramble when you add them to the hot coconut milk
Slowly pour the egg yolk mixture back into the pan with the coconut milk, and whisk until slightly thickened, which will take several minutes. Make sure the mixture doesn’t boil, as this will scramble your eggs.
When the mixture has thickened to the consistency of a thin custard, remove from heat and extract the vanilla bean pod.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, then whisk in the honey.
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until very cold, overnight is best.
Once the mixture is cold, freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
This ice cream will be somewhat hard upon removal of the freezer, but softens quickly, and scoops like regular ice cream.

Ja sam jučer pravila sladoled od jagoda (u aparatu):
    200 g jagoda
    1 jaje
    150 g šećera
    200 g mlijeka
    150 g slatkog vrhnja
    mahuna vanilije

Jagode sam zblendala štapnim, sve izmiksala, ulila smjesu u aparat i voila!

Zamrznutu bananu pomijesam s vrhnjem, i cim vec, i onda ulijem u kalup i opet zamrznem?

bananu izrežem i zamrznem.

    Cime miksate smrznute banane?
