Designed for use from birth to four years of age, the Mura offers the option of a three- or four-wheeled stroller with a stylish, square-shaped chassis. Both versions are really quick and easy to fold using handle-based buttons. There is a 'basic' fold, followed by a more compact fold if required, and the wheels can also be removed in a one-click movement for stowing in a smaller space.
Compatible with the best selling CabrioFix car seat to make a travel system, the (very easily) reversible, complete lie flat, soft, shaped seat unit also incorporates a harness and t-bar handle for the child to hold on to. There is a large shopping bag as well as an under-stroller shopping basket. A sun canopy and raincover are also included.
The foot-operated brake pedal can easily be accessed with the seat in either position, and the handle bar has a three-level height adjustment.
The Mura sits on air tyres (pump included), has excellent suspension and lots of room for your growing child.
A complete series of coordinated accessories are also available including a quick fit Mura carrycot with removable, washable liner and mattress to form a pram, and a new all-in-one footmuff which links into the stroller's harness.
Mura Seat
The seat unit has many unique features, its structure looks like the shell of a car seat with deep protective side wings and sumptuous removable and fully washable padded liner. The harness also looks like that found in a car seat with additional protective pads, to the front of the child is a ‘handle bar’ style bumper bar. This allows the child to think that they are in control of there buggy! With the bar going between the legs the child is kept safe and secure. The Mura seat can be placed on the chassis facing the parent or facing away; it is easily removed and replaced with a simple click. The full recline will allow baby to lie in a flat position and is sufficiently large to give the toddler a comfortable place for a nap. A sun canopy is included this slides directly onto the chassis and has a light parachute like fabric extension to cover the back of the seat when in the reclined position. The calf support will ensure the legs are fully supported while baby is young when raised to the upper position.
Mura Chassis
The Mura has two chassis options referred to as Mura 3 and Mura 4 although both have the same number of wheels!!
The chunky oval frame has a fully height adjustable handle with comfortable padding to the push bar. The large tray under the seat unit will enable a good amount of shopping to be carried or the optional baby shoulder bag has been designed slide in this space. The chassis can be folded with the seat unit remaining in place when fitted in the forward facing mode, (although a neater fold is achieved when the seat is removed).
Mura 3
The front wheels on the Mura 3 are close together giving the appearance and versatility of a 3 wheeler buggy. The front wheels can be allowed to swivel freely while travelling over smooth terrains, perfect for shopping trips to town. The lock on the front wheel will ensure the wheels stay straight this is essential when negotiating rough terrain, sand or gravel. All wheels are fitted with a quick release system allowing the buggy to fold to a very compact size but also making it possible to wash and clean the wheels easily after muddy walks. All wheels are fitted with pneumatic tyres with inner tubes and a pump is included in the large shopping basket to make it possible to keep them pumped to the optimum pressure.
Mura 4
The front wheels on the Mura 4 are set apart on the front ‘corners’ giving a more traditional pram appearance. Each wheel can be locked to a fixed position for rough terrain while they can be unlocked for extremely good manoeuvrability during normal pavement use.
Optional Extras
To accommodate the young baby there are 2 carrycot options although the seat unit can be used from birth many people prefer to have baby in a carrycot lying on a comfortable mattress with sheets and blankets. Both the pram body and soft pram body are available in all the Mura colour ways.
Pram Body
The pram body is a rigid carrycot that fits directly on to the chassis (with-out the seat unit) it faces towards the parent and has a large hood with carry handle. The soft padded inner lining is fully removable secured in place by Velcro and being fully washable. The apron will protect from the wind and light rain although a raincover will be required during persistent rain. A pair of buttons to the side of the hood will allow the hood to be lowered without any sound to disturb the sleeping baby.
The Pram body is not suitable for baby to sleep overnight.
Soft Pram body
The soft pram body is an extremely lightweight simple carrycot, fitting onto the reclined seat unit of the Mura. It has super soft lining that can be removed for washing but has no hood the sun canopy from the buggy is used with the ‘parachute’ fabric clinging to the base protecting baby from the sun and wind. This soft carrycot has a comfortable mattress but the base is not ventilated so can not be used for overnight sleeping, the padded fabric carry handles make it easy to move baby around.
Cabriofix Car Seat
By adding the Cabriofix car seat you can have a convenient travel system, the Cabriofix easily attaches to the chassis via the adaptors that are included with the buggy. The adaptors are used in two ways for the pram body and the car seat allowing you to decide which way you wish to use the chassis for each outing.
Footmuff
The optional footmuff for the Mura is very different in shape to the traditional footmuff, this is because it has separate legs to accommodate the ‘handle bar’ style bumper bar. The feet can be enclosed for the young child or open to expose shoes or boots, the hood is worn over the head with flaps tucking the arms snugly in. this style of footmuff can also be used while baby is being carried in a front carrier or bicycle child seat.
Multi Bag
The Multi bag has a large front pocket to carry the pram body and car seat adaptors; it also has a baby changing mat. The long shoulder strap will allow it to be worn across the body while the short carry handle makes it possible to place in and out of the buggy parcel tray.
Parasol & Clip
To enable the co-ordinated parasol to fit onto the Mura Chassis it necessary to purchase a parasol clip designed for the chassis.
Raincover
The raincover will protect baby and the buggy fabrics from the wind and rain.
