poanta je da je zeljezo koncentriranije u susenom vocu...
sto opet ne znaci da svjeze nema nekih drugih svojih prednosti, naravno...

a da, i vocni secer je secer (samo bolje kvalitete) pa je dobro pripaziti sa kolcinama suhog voca...
pogotovo sto su djeca manja...
ja luki ikad nisam ogranicavala nesto posebno i ne mogu reci da je i jednom pretjerao...
da sam mu nudila cokolade od 10mj. starosti - nisam sigurna da bi bila ista situacija (bez moje intervencije)...
