no, treba uzeti u obzir da se radi samo o podacima iz amerike (gdje postoje i bolji uvjeti za provođenje hs), pa se neke njihove razloge (poput onog o environment) mogu razumijeti. za njemačku znam da je hs zabranjen (jer postoji obaveza odlaska u školu, a ne samo obaveza obrazovanja - naravno osim u slučajevima bolesti i sl.), ali je jednoj vjerskoj (kršćanskoj) fundamentalističkoj sekti (nakon puno peripetija) u bavarskoj ipak dozvoljeno. to su samo činjenice, da ne ulazimo u raspravu o samom hs.
