S tim da nemam balance ball pa sam umjesto ovig leg lifts radila KB swing 100 kom jer nisam znala cime da zamijenim vjezbu??
Thrusts radim s ramenima na mekanom kaucu

Ali za ove liftove nisam imala ideju.
