Bear Push-Up 10 reps (sad vidim, zaboravila sam da ide vertical leap, koji sam tuljan)
Mountain Climbers Against The Wall – 20 reps
Dive bombers 10 reps
Turn Jump – 20 reps ( try to go through the full 20 reps without taking a break )
Plank rows – 10 reps
Pull ups - 5 reps
Trx rows - 10 reps
Skipping – 100 high knees
