Evo njihovog maila:
Thank you for emailing Steve Rowe about the price of products in our Zagreb store. I am a member of his personal team and am replying on his behalf.
In each overseas country that we trade in we try to achieve a competitive price position.
However, our local pricing policy has to reflect a number of factors such as the local cost of property or labour, additional freight and insurance costs, import duties or tariffs, local VAT rates, customs charges and registration costs.
This means that there can be significant differences in product pricing between our varied international markets.
We strive to attain consistent pricing around the world but while such local factors exist, the local pricing for countries has to reflect the associated costs of operation over there.
I appreciate your disappointment at our current pricing and I have passed your comments to our regional policy team for their consideration. However, I’m afraid I can’t guarantee any changes to our prices in Croatia in the near future.
