ja sam jučer novi zshred. zuzi je stavila u zgym Lifted butt series- jucer je bio prvi taj trening. Dobar je:
- 5 Goblet Squats --to-- 5 Forward/Backward Squat Jumps X 4 Sets
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 1-Leg Dead Lifts (each side)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Pass Under Curtsy Lunges
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 2 runde se fade. poslije još 56 i mini lower back.
